The Challenge:
Atkins, Hanscomb Faithful & Gould (AHFG), a well-established, national construction management firm, engaged Lisa DonFrancesco to research and identify new office space options located relatively distant from their current North Cambridge location. The firm was seeking an “uptown downtown” Boston location centrally located to customers and vendors, and easy access to public transportation, parking and highway access. Additionally, they wanted a building that would present AHFG with a fitting corporate identity that showcased their innovative workforce and services and staff. AHFG also wanted space that would allow for growth and flexibility over a long-term lease.

The Solution:
After assessing options in and around the financial district and providing a financial analysis comparison of buildings, Lisa identified and assisted the firm in locating to an exceptionally well designed building that features high quality finishes, floor-to ceiling glass and streetscape views. The location hinges on the financial and retail districts, offering AHFG numerous area amenities. The space also offers AHFG the option for expansion.
