John M. LaCroix
Vice President
John is a Vice President with Saint James Real Estate Advisors (SJREA) in Boston, where he specializes in assisting landlords and tenants with office space leasing, advisory services and market research in the greater Boston market areas. Since joining the firm in January of 2006, John has provided tenant advisory services to a number of companies, firms and organizations. His experience in landlord representation has extensively been in the marketing and leasing of fully renovated, Class B office space, and Class A office space in the S. Boston, S. End and S. Suffolk County markets.
Prior to assuming his current position with SJREA, John worked performing extensive tenant and landlord market and company prospect research for the company. John’s previous experience in real estate includes asset and property management services of his family’s real estate business which includes a portfolio of ten commercial and residential properties in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Maine.
John earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, concentrating in the area of Finance and receiving a minor in history. He was active outside the classroom serving eighteen months as President of the largest political action group on campus with over 1000 members. In this capacity, John was responsible for organizing and directing a number of high-profile events for the Boston College community including the speaking engagements of nationally recognized political commentators, politicians, and policy makers as well as managing a number of successful “Support the Troops” fundraisers and directing campaign and internship opportunities for BC students in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. John participated in a number of other organizations on campus including the yearly Relay for Life charity fundraiser, various intramural sports and academic clubs and the organizing of bi-annual voter registration drives for his Boston College peers. | |
