Until the 2005 disposition of its commercial real estate portfolio, Lisa represented Boston Wharf Company – one of Boston’s oldest developers – in the marketing and leasing of its 2 million square feet of space in the Fort Point Channel area of Boston. During the engagement of this work, she handled hundreds of transactions on behalf of Boston Wharf Company, including landlord, tenant and dual representation; relocations of existing tenants; and expansions, amendments and lease renewals. Her work resulted in a high concentration of area clients, favorable lease transactions, and unusually low vacancy across the building’s portfolio.

Prior to founding Saint James RE, Ms. DonFrancesco held the position of Vice President at both The Codman Company and The Niles Company. In this capacity, Ms. DonFrancesco specialized in tenant advisory work including the marketing and leasing of office space in Greater Boston.

Prior to her real estate career, Lisa was employed by Raytheon and Data General where she developed an extensive background in international finance and business operations in various service and product sectors including construction and engineering; financial services; technical devices and software; publishing; and medical products.

Ms. DonFrancesco earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Rhode Island, School of Business, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Providence College. In 2008, Lisa earned a Certificate of Entrepreneurial Studies from Boston University.
